Refund Policy

At Surf Brothers Teriyaki, we take pride in serving fresh, high-quality food and providing excellent customer service.
If there is an issue with your order, we want the opportunity to make it right.

Restaurant Orders

Because our food is prepared fresh to order, all food purchases are generally final. However, if your order is incorrect,
missing items, or does not meet our quality standards, please contact the restaurant where your order was placed
within 24 hours of purchase.

At our discretion, we may offer:

  • A replacement meal
  • Store credit
  • A partial refund
  • A full refund

Refund requests must include the order date, location, and receipt or order confirmation when available.

Online and Third-Party Delivery Orders

For orders placed through third-party delivery services (such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, or Grubhub),
refund requests should first be submitted through the delivery platform.
Surf Brothers Teriyaki may assist in resolving issues when appropriate.

Catering Orders

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled catering pickup or delivery time may qualify
for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event may be subject to charges for food preparation,
labor, and purchased ingredients.

Custom catering orders may be non-refundable once preparation has begun.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
California law may permit redemption of certain low-balance gift cards for cash.
