Dear Loyal Patrons,
I wanted to write to all of our loyal customers to explain in great detail the difference between us and other quick service establishments.
- We receive a daily delivery of chicken. Our chicken is never frozen and needs to be prepared each and everyday. This means no preservatives, msg, or any other chemicals to keep the chicken fresh.
- The chicken plate consists of 10 oz. of chicken and the steak plate has 8 oz. of steak. Those portions are hard to find at quick serve restaurants.
- Both our chicken and our steak are all natural, minimally processed and contains no artificial ingredients. The Residue Control Program for our beef company exceeds USDA guidelines to ensure against unwanted antibiotic and pesticide residues.
- Our meats are naturally lean, but our preps go a step further and trim most of the fat off our meats, for a healthier product.
- Our food is featured on Healthdiningfinder.com which let’s consumers know that we strive to have healthy food choices for our customers. Although customers receive their items in less than a minute, our plates take 25 to 40 minutes to cook, without microwaves, rice cookers that keep rice sitting all day or other “quick” methods.
